If the wedding party isn't from Lake George, tuxedo shops usually will take measurements over the phone. This will leave only one final trip to the tux shop for a fitting. Tell your out of town ushers to arrive with enough time to have their fitting done.

Many  tuxedo shops will offer the groom his tuxedo at a reduced cost or even  free if there is a minimum  number of ushers renting from the same store!
